The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The 55th CES has an ongoing requirement for the acquisition of Snow Chemical products. 55 CONS is planning on awarding 3 PBAs to 3 respective contractors to fulfill this requirement. A minimum delivery of the following products must be available per order of these BPAs:
1. 30 tons (equivalent to one (1) full truckload) of the Street Deicer chemical - “Ice Slicer”
2. 4,400 gallons (equivalent to one (1) truckload) of Potassium Acetate - “Alpine RF-11”
3. Five (5) Super Sacks of Sodium Acetate Deicer (2,205 pounds per sack)
The contractor must be able to deliver these items within a forty-eight-hour notice of the request. These items must be available for delivery twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week during winter operations (October – April yearly). Please see the Statement of Work (SOW) for more details on the scope of the proposed solicitation.
The total ordering period for these upcoming BPAs will be a five year ordering period from the date of award. Delivery will be made to Offutt AFB, Nebraska.
Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be a Small Business concern to be considered for award.
