Amendment 5: The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1. Revision to specifications and drawings ( see summary of changes) 2. Revision to DIV 00 21 00 (See attachment 00 21 00 Instruction to Offerors and Summary of changes) 3. Clause 52.236-14 is added. 4. Section 00 10 00 has been updated. (See attachment 00 10 00 CLIN Pricing Schedule). Offerors are to submit pricing on the attachment. 5. Proposal is extended to 21 October 2025, No later than 2:00 P.M. (CT). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
