Community Risk Assessment / Standards of Cover

The City of Paso Robles (“City”) is requesting a proposal from qualified firms, consultants, or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals to collect, analyze and manage objective data that the City of Paso Robles can use in making decisions regarding community risk assessment and standards for cover for the Paso Robles Police Department and Paso Robles Fire and Emergency Services Department.

No proposer shall discriminate in employment practices on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, disability, gender, or religion. No qualified handicapped person shall, on the basis of handicap, be excluded from participating in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination in any matter leading to the award of contract.

The Proposer shall be responsible for preparing an effective, clear, and concise proposal. The Proposer shall submit their cost proposal separately in a sealed envelope. The City is requesting one (1) hard copy and (1) electronic copy in PDF format on a flash drive.

All proposals must be received before 4:00 pm PDT on Monday, December 09, 2024.
