PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The State of Nebraska (State), Nebraska Department of Education (NDE), Office of Teaching, Learning and Assessment, is issuing this solicitation for a service contract for the purpose of selecting a qualified bidder to provide a qualified external evaluator to assess the implementation and impact of its 2024-2029 Comprehensive Literacy State Development (CLSD) Grant. The evaluation will measure effectiveness in enhancing literacy outcomes across Nebraska through structured methodologies, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
