Description:
The City of Clemson is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2025 Tottie’s Place Connector Project. The proposed scope of work includes approximately 600 LF of 10 FT wide multi-use trail connecting the lower portion of the parking lot in Ashley Dearing Park to the parking lot in Totties Place Park.
