Install new 4" HDPE sewer line by underground boring, connecting the existing line at the soccer fields to the existing line beyond the playground/shelter area at Westside Park, 2700 W. Blue Ridge Drive, Greenville, SC 29611. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at Westside Park, 2700 W. Blue Ridge Drive, Greenville, SC 29611 - meet in the first parking lot on the right by the shelter/playground on January 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST.
