Construction of Unit 4 Cell 5 Earthwork Construction Twin Chimneys Landfill, subject to the conditions and all provisions set forth herein and attached. Excavation of approximately 160,000 cy of material (soil and rock) for the future Unit 4 Cell 5 landfill cell. Excavated material to be placed in on-site stockpiles. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at Twin Chimneys Landfill, 1075 Augusta Rd. Honea Path, SC 29654 on January 14, 2026 at 1030 AM.
