The Town of Yarmouth, through its Town Administrator, is seeking proposals from interested parties for the disposition, by lease, of the Food and Beverage Concession at the Bass River Golf Course "Club House Restaurant" and Bayberry Hills Golf Course "Club House Grill" as detailed in the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents. The lease agreement(s) being offered is for a period of five (5) consecutive seasons or years for golf operations, with an option for two (2) additional twelve-month periods at the discretion of the Town of Yarmouth, making the total lease term eighty-four months. Proposals are being accepted for one company to lease both locations or for different companies to lease one of the locations.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 30B, Uniform Procurement Act, Section 16, and all contracts must be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of this Act. The Town has no discretion under the law to consider proposals that fail to comply with those requirements, except for minor informalities as permitted by MGL Chapter 30B Section 16. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective proposers who received copies of the original request.

Sealed proposals must be submitted in the required format(s) and can be hand-delivered or mailed to the Office of the Town Administrator, Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664. The proposals should be delivered to the Town of Yarmouth no later than 3:00 pm EST on Monday, November 4, 2024. The Proposers are fully responsible for ensuring the timely receipt of their completed response to this RFP at the location noted above. The proposals will be opened publicly immediately following the closing time. The contract will be awarded within 60 days.
The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to cancel this RFP or reject in whole or in part any and all proposals when cancellation or rejection serves the best interests of the Town.
