day of November 2024, and then will be publicly opened and read. Any bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the City Clerk of Gautier Mississippi.
All bid envelopes shall be marked “SEALED BIDS FOR IN PLACE HOT MIX BITUMOUS PAVEMENT TO BE OPENED AT 12:00 P.M. FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 1
