Description:
The Chester Sewer District, (CWR), is a Special Purpose District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified firms to serve as Owner’s Agent and/or Project Manager for a major wastewater infrastructure initiative. The OA/PM will be responsible for comprehensive project management and coordination across all phases—from planning, design, implementation and closeout.
