The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from Contractors for the remodeling of the mailroom at Francis Gatehouse for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by MKA Architecture, LLC.
