Engineering Services - CDBG for Infrastructure Poultney-Williams St. Sanitary Sewer Improvement Grant Award

The Village of Whitehall is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from engineering consultants/firms pursuant to federal procurement standards (24 CFR 85). The Village has received approval of an FY 2024 CDBG Infrastructure Grant to undertake sanitary sewer improvements on Poultney-Williams St. in the Village. The amount of the grant award allocated to the project is $575,000, which will be used with $1,250,000 in EFC funding to complete the project. The Village is utilizing a qualifications-based procurement procedure to evaluate professional services firms or individuals that are proposing to provide engineering services required to complete design, prepare bidding documents, and provide construction administration and inspection services, and other services as set forth in the Request for Qualifications.
