U.S. GOVERNMENT
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:
State: Arkansas
City: Pine Bluff
Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of S
Blake St. (Bus 79) and Martha Mitchell Expy (Bus 65)
continuing in an Easterly direction on Martha Mitchell
Expy. Follow the curve of Mitchell Expy in a southerly
direction until meeting at US Hwy 425 S/Hwy 65.
Eastern Boundary and Southern Boundary:
Beginning at the intersection of Mitchell Expy and US
Hwy 425 S/Hwy 65 continue in a southernly direction on
Hwy 65 following the curve. Now continuing in a
westerly direction on Hwy 65 until meeting at
intersection Hwy 65 and S Camden Rd (Bus 79).
Western Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of
Hwy 65 and S Camden Rd. continue in a north-easterly
direction following the curve north on S Blake St. (Bus
79). On S Blake St. (Bus 79) continue in a northerly
direction until meeting at the intersection of S Blake St.
and Martha Mitchell Expy.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,
seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced
lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance
floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications
prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense
Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition
