Post-Chlorination Building System Rehabilitation - Ranger School

The post-chlorination valve assembly that serves the entirety of the Wanakena Campus/Ranger School shall be replaced with a new stainless steel assembly due to corrosion build-up on the existing assembly. This project includes two alternates: 1) the installation of shut-off valves on the lines leaving the Post-Chlorination Building and 2) the installation of a new fume exhaust system to mitigate future corrosion. This project will have a two week window of execution due to the ongoing operation of the campus throughout the year. All general, electrical, control, HVAC, plumbing, and associated mechanical modifications as required for a complete system are within the scope of the project.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid walk-through is scheduled for Thursday, February 20th, 2025, weather permitting. Prospective bidders shall gather at the Maintenance Garage at the Ranger School.

This project is listed as 150 days for completion, but has a hard date window for completion of June 30th 2025 through July 11 2025 due to campus scheduling.
