Description: The State University of New York Maritime College (SUNY Maritime), seeks consultants to be considered to provide full design services through all phases including design development, construction documents, procurement, and construction administration for the removal and demolition of the nonfunctional Domestic Hot Water Solar Thermal Systems located in Vander Clute Hall, G&H Dorm, and Baylis Hall. Interested firms must: (1) have experience providing design services; (2) employ experienced staff with thorough knowledge of their area(s) of expertise; and (3) be a New York State licensed and registered architect/engineer. This procurement is subject to New York State Finance Law §§139-j &-k, also known as the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual(s) listed as a designated contact. Contacting any other individuals at the SUNY Maritime College in connection with this advertisement, may constitute a violation of New York State Finance Law. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any New York State agency. Vendors responding to this advertisement shall be required to complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, New York State Finance Law §§139-j & -k, and New York State’s Tax Law Section 5-a.
