Description
The Vaccine Coverage and Effectiveness Surveillance (VCES) Division at the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) requires the services of a contractor to conduct a national survey to measure the prevalence of immunization coverage among children 2, 7, 14 and 17 years of age who are living in Canada. The Public Health Agency of Canada requires the services of a Contractor to conduct data collection for this national survey in all ten provinces and three territories in Canada.
