Description: The Gateway Development Commission (“GDC”) has posted on its website a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of Site Security Services in support of the Hudson Tunnel Project (“HTP”), the centerpiece of a multi-billion dollar set of passenger railroad projects on the Northeast Corridor (the “NEC”), between Penn Station in Newark, New Jersey and Penn Station in New York, New York (“NYP”). GDC invites qualified contractors with experience in construction site security surveillance and guard staffing, to propose a comprehensive site security framework for all HTP sites.
