B1510 NDI HVAC Repair

“Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for thiscontract. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon theavailability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes canbe made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment mayarise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed inwriting by the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.”

This Statement of Work (SOW) is for the design, demolition, and installation of HVAC equipment at building 1510. The building is 4,400 square feet and conditioned with a 4-pipe system composed of a one year old chiller, 40 year old air handling unit with straight ducted air, and a 9 year old boiler system supply hot water coils. The air handling unit, hot water coils, and boiler will be the main components replaced.
