Trowbridge Yard - Site Work Construction Project

Project Description: The work includes the
following: The demolition of select existing facilities, site clearing, and rough grading, followed by
implementation and maintenance of all Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) measures.
Construction shall include installation of underground utilities consisting of storm drainage, sanitary sewer,
domestic water systems, a new on-site well, and a fire suppression tank, along with development of east
and west retention ponds.Site improvements include fine grading; construction of asphalt paving for parking areas, including ADAcompliant
stalls and driveway tie-ins; and installation of concrete curbs and sidewalks. Additional work
includes installation of a trash enclosure, chain link fencing along the west frontage, a sliding access gate,
and all associated appurtenances, followed by final grading, stabilization, and site restoration.
