Equipment, Operations and Maintenance for Advanced Metals Recovery Processing System

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit formal written Proposals from experienced and qualified individuals, corporations, partnerships and other legal entities (PROPOSER) to provide the processing equipment, operations, and maintenance and marketing and sale of recovered ferrous and non-ferrous metals, for the Advanced Metals Recovery Processing System (AMRPS), located at the Solid Waste Authority's (Authority) North County Landfill, located at 6330 N Jog Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33412.
The AUTHORITY desires to enter into a new Site License Agreement (SLA) for all activities associated with the supply, operation, and maintenance of the AMRPS for an initial term of three (3) years. A draft of the SLA is included in this RFP as Attachment A. The selected PROPOSER will begin to participate in transition planning and transition activities from current to new operations (as applicable) on or before September 23, 2026, and will operate and maintain the AMRPS per the terms and conditions included in the SLA.
