invites the submittal of qualifications from “C-27” Landscaping Contractor licensed contractors AND either “A” General Engineering Contractor, or “B” General Building Contractor or “C-12” Earthwork and Paving Contractors interested in providing self-performed Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Greening & Landscaping Contracting Services for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, etc., of buildings, structures, or other real property District-wide. Ordering is accomplished through the issuance of a Job Order under the Job Order Contract.
