Project Management Services for CEF School in Prince Albert & Saskatoon

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Project Management Services for the design, development, and execution of TWO (2) new Schools (the Projects) for Conseil des écoles fransaskoises.

The successful proponents will be responsible for assisting, supporting and leading the Project Management for a successful build of the new schools. The Projects will be a collaborative effort between The Ministry of Education (MOE), SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) and CÉF, collectively known as “the Owners”.

Project Description: The Owners require the services of two Project Managers to provide services for the design, development, and execution of two new schools; one located in Prince Albert, and one located in Saskatoon. Proponents may submit proposals for one school location or for both. If a Proponent is intending to submit separate Project Managers for each of the packages, separate Technical Submissions will be required for each Project Manager team. No additional points will be given for Proponents submitting on both Projects.

Package 1 - will be Project Management services for the design, development, and execution of a new Pre-K – 6 school for CÉF in the City of Saskatoon, SK.
Package 2 - will be Project Management services for the design, development, and execution of a new Pre-K – 12 school for CÉF in the City of Prince Albert, SK. The new school will replace École Valois.

No demolition scope is required in either package.
