The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain competitive bids for the purchase of annual requirements of HDPE pipe on an as needed basis for the City’s Department of Public Works. Pipe shall be delivered F.O.B. destination to anywhere within the City of Suffolk in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein.
