Project Description: The Discovery Place Phase II Roof Replacement project includes replacing approximately 26,000 sq. ft. of roof. The existing roof system identified in the plans down to the existing structural deck and existing metal wall panels shall be removed. A new roof system along with sheet metal flashing and accessories to provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly shall be installed. The selected contractor shall also provide and install new metal wall panels. The roof system selected shall be submitted to the Owner for approval.
