Summary:The purpose of this Request for Proposal RFP is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a term contracts through competitive negotiations for providing laboratory analysis sample collection services on an as needed basis to various Hanover County Department of Public Utilities locations throughout the County in accordance with the requirements.
The Contractor shall provide all inspections, supervision, labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, and recorded documentation, and other related laboratory services to satisfy the requirements under the contract. Chemical, physical, and biological laboratory water analysis/sample collection (environmental samples) services will be determining the presence and concentration of specific analytes in aqueous and non-aqueous sample. Services subject to include, but not limited to testing treatment and results in violation of any permit or deviate from the aforementioned requirements, the County reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately. - Round Information:Addendum 1 issued (see attached)
