SLLS_2025 lodging, Meals and Airport Shuttle service (Doral, FL)

The 410th Contracting SUpport Brigade, Regional Contracting Office (RCO)-Miami, intends to award sole source purchase order to Provident Doral at the Blue Miami for the upcoming Senior Leader Logistics Symposium 2025 (SLLS).

This decision is based on market research conducted and previous acquisition, the Provident Doral at the Blue is the only one source reasonably available at this time within the two (2) mile radius that can provide all USSOUTHCOM requirements for the 2025_SLLS. As a result, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) this requirement will be sole sourced to the Provident Doral at the Blue the only one source reasonably available, to meet USSOUTHCOM requirements at this time.

While this notice is not a request for competitive quotes, businesses believing they are authorized to commission and activate Cummins engine warranties may submit written evidence of their capabilities to frances.a.degori.civ@mail.mil, no later than 09:00 AM EST on 08 May 2025. A limited competition justification was submitted with the requirement and are part of the contract file.

Detailed documentation demonstrating the ability to meet the requirements, including evidence of Active SAM registration during the POP. The Government will consider all responses received. However, the final determination to proceed with a sole source award to Provident Doral at the Blue Miami rests solely with the Government.
