Based on market research this item is manufactured for commercial use; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested people may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability in satisfying the Government’s requirements within one day of this notice.

This requirement will be solicited per FAR part 13.5.
