Renovate 20 Apartments in Parkridge

Project Description: Bethlehem Housing Authority will receive sealed bids, for renovating 20 apartments at the Parkridge family development until Wednesday, May 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM at which time all bids will be electronically opened. Contractors shall submit bids electronically on the PennBid site.
A satisfactory Bid Bond, secured by a Surety Company which appears in the Department of Treasury Circular #570, in the amount of 10% of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds.
