The City of Poplar Bluff, Missouri wishes to secure sealed proposals for waste site management and open burning of all storm related vegetative debris by the cubic yard relative to SEMA/FEMA eligible debris to be disposed of at the City disposal site located on County Road 604.

Each proposal package must contain the Contractor’s Proposal in a sealed envelope. Each proposal must be stamped received in the City Clerk’s Office before 10:00 a.m. on the day the proposals are received.
Each Price Proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in favor of the City of Poplar Bluff in the amount of the bid for the work to be performed will be required upon notice of award.
The City of Poplar Bluff, by its authorized representatives, shall reserve the right to reject any or all proposals, to select the highest or best bid, to award said proposals in the best interest of the City, and to award any one bid item or all bid items to multiple contractors, and to make decisions which they deem beneficial to the City of Poplar Bluff.
All proposals should be sealed and delivered to the office of the City Clerk, 501 Vine Street, Poplar Bluff, Missouri 63901, on or before 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 21, 2025, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The envelope should be clearly marked “Proposals for Waste Site Management for the Disposal of Debris Removal of SEMA/FEMA Eligible Debris”.
