Contract Opportunity

The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Snake River Field Office requires bat extrusion, bat proofing, guano removal, histoplasma testing and disinfecting services at Jackson Lake Dam located near Moran, Wyoming.

The Government intends to award a firm fixed priced order. The period of performance will include a base year and four option years. Note: only the base year will require full service; the option years will be yearly inspections and touch ups.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561710, Exterminating and Pest Control Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $17.5 Million. The product service code is S207, Housekeeping, Insect/Rodent Control.

The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1725Q0054, (written) is approximately the fourth week of May 2025. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to awarding any contract resulting from this solicitation. This requirement will be a small business set-aside. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site.

This service will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
