The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the Farm Well #4 Installation (No.: 25-679) project. This project involves the installation of a 20-inch water well located at PWRF Farm Circle #4.
All in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Specifications, including WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction.
This contract shall be physically complete by no later than, Wednesday, March 18

All bids must be accompanied by a “Good Faith Token” in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid.
Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who are eligible to perform services as governed by PMC 14.15 and who are listed on the City of Pasco’s Plan Room Plan Holders list for this project. Upon award, Contractor (and subcontractors) shall have a current City of Pasco Business License.
The City of Pasco has no scheduled pre-bid walkthrough at the site/facility. Pre-bid access to the site will not be permitted. The site is located two (2) farm circles south of 2953 E Foster Wells Road, Pasco, WA 99301.
