ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of Detroit Lakes is requesting qualifications from interested consulting engineering firms for professional services in relation to the preparation of construction plans and specifications and providing construction inspection and contract administration for underground utility, drainage, and street improvements an addition to the Tower Road Industrial Park. Construction and related consulting services regarding the aforementioned improvements are to be funded in part by the Economic Development Administration.
