ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of Detroit Lakes is requesting qualifications from interested consulting engineering firms for professional services in relation to the preparation of construction plans and specifications and providing construction inspection and contract administration for underground utility, drainage, and street improvements an addition to the Tower Road Industrial Park. Construction and related consulting services regarding the aforementioned improvements are to be funded in part by the Economic Development Administration. All proposals shall be received not later than 4 p.m., on Oct. 30, 2025. Late proposals will not be considered. Responders shall submit an electronic version of their proposal. All proposals shall be marked clearly “Response to RFP for an addition to the Tower Road Industrial Park”.
