Project Description: The City of Little Rock Human Resources is seeking for a qualified and experienced Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to manage the City of Little Rock’s self-funded Workers’ Compensation program, ensuring compliance with all requirements of the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission and Arkansas Workers' Compensation Law. The selected TPA will support timely and accurate claim processing, provide comprehensive reporting and legal coordination, and offer consultative services to reduce claim costs and improve loss control efforts.
