Synopsis
This document constitutes a request for bids for a non-exclusive contract to provide these services for the Department of Social Services, Division of Youth Services (Department). It is the intent of the Department to utilize a twelve (12) week schedule of USDA school program compliant breakfast and lunch recipes and menus at all Department youth facilities. By requiring the contractor to adhere to the most up-to-date USDA guidelines, the Department intends to provide nourishing and appealing meals that support the health and well-being of the youth they serve.
