Municipal District of Acadia No. 34
PRMS is seeking Proposals from qualified aerial imagery providers to capture new orthophotography in spring 2026. The project will cover multiple municipalities and rural areas within PRMS’s service area and neighbouring counties. Specifications include 7.5 cm resolution for urban areas and 20 cm for rural areas, unless otherwise specified. See Attachment 2 for list of municipalities and required resolutions.
The successful proponent will be expected to perform image acquisition, processing, and delivery in formats compatible with PRMS’s and Municipalities GIS systems. All final imagery must be delivered georeferenced, tiled, and suitable for web deployment.
This RFP is issued to obtain Proposals for a one-time acquisition project, with a target start date of Spring 2026, subject to weather and flight conditions. See further details and requirements under Section IV: Specifications and Instructions.
