Description:
The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain an Audio-Visual Contractor to provide rental equipment and services for an event to be held at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center (CMCC) on January 14, 2026. The selected contractor must deliver comprehensive AV solutions including equipment rental, electrical, video, audio, lighting; and on-site tech during the duration of the event for assistance and troubleshooting as needed.
