Item 204-04X Light Weight Concrete Fill for Bridge 400
Description:
It is intended to receive sealed bids for Item 204.04X for Light Weight Concrete Fill for Bridge 400 on County Road
107/Old Liberty Road, in the Town of Thompson, Sullivan County.
The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to:

Furnishing, delivering and injecting the Light Weight Concrete Fill into the annular space between the host/casing pipe to fill the void between pipes.

Providing a shop drawing for the layout of the injection piping to be used by County Forces to bulkhead the pipeline and install injection piping and blocking in a manner required by the Contractor.

The unit bid price for this work shall include the cost of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete this work, exclusive of the installation of the bulk heads, injection piping and blocking.

All bidders are recommended to inspect the project sites prior to bidding to become acquainted with the locations and conditions under which the work will be accomplished. (See Location Map).

Sullivan County shall provide Concrete Testing by an independent consultant.
