Project Description: Forsyth County is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified firms to deliver building renovations for the Forsyth County Superior Court building, Juvenile Court building, Sherrif’s office headquarters building (collectively the “Courts and Sheriff’s Headquarters Renovations”) through a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project delivery method. These services include providing general preconstruction and construction services.
