Bids will be received by the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau, which operates under the direction of the Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission, an enterprise fund of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, at the LRCVB 4th Floor Conference Room, 101 South Spring Street, Suite 400, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 until 2:00 p.m., on June 10th, 2025 for the Lighting Controls at the Robinson Center Meeting Rooms project for the Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau, Little Rock, Arkansas. Bids will be based on a single lump sum contract.
A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the main entry lobby of the Robinson Center on June 3rd, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Prospective bidders should attend this meeting. . All bidders shall make inspection and studies of the site of the work to familiarize themselves with all conditions to be encountered.
All bidders shall conform to the requirements of Arkansas Code Annotated 17-25-101, Arkansas Contractors Licensing Law for Contractors. All contractors must be licensed on the day of the bid submittal. According to the Arkansas Contractor’s Licensing Board, this project will require a contractor’s license. There shall be only one bid submitted per State Contractors license. Bidders will be required to indicate license number on bid form beneath signature when bidding $20,000.00 or more. Bid security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or cashier’s check drawn upon a bank or trust company doing business in Arkansas, in an amount equal to 5% of the contract sum, and payable to the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Arkansas Statutory Performance and Payment Bond, equal to the amount of the Contract, will be required of the bidder awarded the Contract.

for $25.00. Only complete sets of contract documents will be distributed by Pettit & Pettit Consulting Engineers, Inc. No partial sets will be distributed.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the opening of bids.
This invitation does not commit the Owner to pay any cost incurred in the preparation of bids.
The Commission reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of the Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission.
