Overview
The City of Orlando (City) is soliciting Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide turn-key LED Display Upgrades to the City for Camping World Stadium (CWS) located at 1 Citrus Bowl Place, Orlando, FL 32805.

Introduction - The Request for Proposal represents the minimum requirements to furnish a complete turn-key package as described in this RFP. The City has contracted with consultant Anthony James Partners (AJP) to provide input on this project including but not limited the scope of work, technical requirements, specifications, conceptual drawings, and LED market information.

The Contractor will provide the Work described in the RFP Documents on a 'turnkey basis.’ Work contemplated by this RFP includes, unless otherwise indicated, manufacturing, supply, delivery, installation, labor, related services (including design) and testing of all equipment and materials necessary to install and operate the Camping World Stadium Upgrades as described in the RFP Documents, and more particularly in the performance specifications included in the RFP Documents.

Proposers responding to this RFP must provide pricing for a complete turn-key installation, including pricing for the provision and installation of all items necessary to provide finished and fully operational systems. Materials, equipment, and related services required for the provision and installation of such a system, not expressly addressed in this RFP, are understood to be the responsibility of the Proposer.

General Description - The Contractor shall provide a complete, workable, and operational system including all labor, equipment, tools, material, engineering, supervision, licenses, insurance, and permits to engineer, manufacture, and install a fully integrated and operational LED Video Display System highlighted by the following:

Definitions
-
“Proposer” shall mean each Vendor submitting a proposal in response to this RFP.

“Contractor” shall mean the Vendor that has been selected to provide products or services or both to the City.

“City” shall mean City of Orlando
-
“Code Authority having Jurisdiction” shall mean the office or Agency responsible for assuring the work’s compliance with the State Building Code.

“Contract” shall mean any written contract entered between the City and Contractor following the award of a contract with respect to this project.

“Substantial Completion” – shall be defined as all work under the Contract has been substantially completed in accordance with the terms of the Contract and all systems are fully operational and ready for the intended use. Systems shall be installed, all rack equipment installed, all cabling completed, system has been commissioned and tested in accordance with applicable requirements of the Technical Specifications and the Contract. The project is ready for final punch list by the City and/or the City's designated representative.

“Guaranteed Completion” – shall be defined as all punch list items have been completed, Closeout Documentation has been turned over, and all work under the Contract is ready for final acceptance by The City once three (3) consecutive problem free events have been completed as defined by Section 5.19.E.

“RFP Documents” – refers to the request for proposals issued by the City and more specifically consisting of the RFP titled "Camping World Stadium LED Display Upgrades" dated June 9, 2026 and any attachments, and addenda issued in writing following issuance of this RFP.

“Vendor” – refers to each entity receiving this RFP and from whom a proposal is being solicited.

“Contract Sum” refers to the compensation, including all other fees, costs, expenses, taxes and other amounts to be paid to the Contract for the Work.
Since Camping World Stadium opened in 1936, it has hosted thousands of events and welcomed millions of fans. Over the years, it has been updated many times to stay modern, remain competitive and attract high-profile sporting events and concerts.
Since 2014, the stadium has brought numerous milestone events to Orlando—like WrestleMania 33, six NFL Pro Bowls, several FIFA Club World Cup matches, Monster Jam World Finals, three annual bowl games and sold-out concerts by artists like Paul McCartney, the Rolling Stones, Bad Bunny, The Weeknd and Stray Kids. These events generate huge economic benefits, including $181.5 million from WrestleMania in 2017, $125 million from Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) Orlando in 2022 and roughly $45 million each year from the NFL Pro Bowl.
