This is a combined synopsis/solicitation seeking vendors interested in supplying the EPA with an Associate Membership Renewal to the Low-Level Waste Forum.

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Acquisition Solutions (OAS), Headquarters Acquisition Division (HQAD), and Office of Air and Radiation (ORIA), under the authority of FAR Parts 12 and 13, are seeking quotes for the Membership services described in the attached SOW. The EPA anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order.

Vendors should submit a quotation for the 2024-2025 Low-Level Radioactive Waste Forum Associate Membership Renewal offering technical information indicating that the services offered meets the specifications. The EPA is seeking to purchase the required membership; offers of partial terms will not be accepted.

The Government will award a Purchase Order from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price, and other factors considered. See attachments with specifications and evaluation criteria.

Any questions submitted after that will not receive a response. The solicitation will be amended to include all questions and answers. The final submission of the quotations is due by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 23, 2024.
