Description
The Minnesota Department of Corrections (“DOC” or “State”) requests proposals for programs that provide parenting and family skills education to incarcerated persons in DOC correctional facilities. The target population for these programs is made up of adult male and female incarcerated persons who are parents or co-parents who have an interest in improving personal skills connected to their parental role.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) may result in multiple contract awards. Respondents must offer parenting classes to incarcerated persons in one or more of the following DOC correctional facilities:
• MCF – Faribault, 1101 Linden Lane, Faribault, MN 55021
• MCF – Lino Lakes, 7525 Fourth Ave., Lino Lakes, MN 55014
• MCF – Oak Park Heights, 5329 Osgood Ave N, Stillwater, MN 55082
• MCF – Rush City, 7600 535th St, Rush City, MN 55069
• MCF - St Cloud, 2305 Minnesota Blvd. SE, St. Cloud, MN 56304
• MCF – Shakopee, 1010 West Sixth Ave., Shakopee, MN 55379
• MCF – Stillwater, 970 Pickett St. Bayport, MN 55003
• MCF – Moose Lake, 1000 Lake Shore Dr. Moose Lake, MN 55767
