The intent of this solicitation is to procure the services of a Program Manager to review and update content of our TLP to ensure alignment with industry standards and trends related to leadership and management competencies. Upon completion of the update, the intent is that the Program Manager would then take on the responsibility of leading the program for ODOT, coordinating and delivering the cohorts to ODOT employees, and evaluating the effectiveness of the program.
