Automotive Parts and Supplies

Flagler County is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced vendors to provide automotive parts, equipment parts, chemicals, and maintenance supplies necessary to support the County’s full fleet of vehicles and equipment. This ITB aims to establish a reliable, cost‑effective source for OEM‑quality or better components that meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, ensuring operational readiness for light‑duty vehicles, heavy equipment, and small‑engine machinery. The awarded vendor(s) will be responsible for furnishing all related materials and services, including timely delivery to designated County locations, support for returns and warranty requirements, and adherence to all specifications outlined in the Scope of Work.
