Electronic Content Management & Records Management Software and Implementation Services

SUNY Cortland is requesting sealed proposals from qualified companies for software to provide electronic document management, document workflow, and records management capabilities. The quote is to include any costs to implement the software and any related conversion services. The quote is to provide an electronic content management software enterprise license as well as software support and maintenance. This product will be used by departments across the campus. Proposals should provide information about the vendors’ ability to provide services and should include information about the employees who will be assigned to SUNY Cortland and references from other higher education institutions. Responding vendor should include a description of how emergency services will be provided.
