Description: Sodium Hypochlorite Solution 12.5% in bulk truck deliveries. Automatic weekly deliveries of 1,500-3,000 gallons per week beginning in June through the end of August. Delivery schedule will be determined upon award. Delivery address is 2957 Crompond Road, Yorktown Heights NY 10598. Facility photos are attached. Quotes must be of price-per-gallon delivered. Price must include delivery. Use only the RFQ form provided to submit a quote. Vendor is responsible for any hazmat compliance or applicable transportation permits.
