Planned Giving Multi-Channel Marketing Services

This Request for Proposal is issued by the University at Albany, SUNY for the purpose of establishing one contract with a single vendor for the provision of Planned Giving Multi-Channel Marketing Services.

It is the intent of this Request for Proposal to identify qualified vendors who are in the business of developing a multi-channel planned giving marketing initiative. This marketing initiative would provide current and/or updated information about charitable gift planning opportunities and tax law changes for current donors, prospects, alumni, and friends. It is the University’s intent to use these marketing pieces to provide visibility to demonstrate the extent and nature of a wide variety of gift planning strategies, educate possible gift planning donors and their legal and financial advisors about possible estate planning and/or tax benefits, highlight successful gift planning decisions by existing donors, and advance an understanding of the educational mission of the University and the need for philanthropic support through gift planning opportunities. Our targeted audience is alumni and faculty 50 years old or greater which numbers approximately 7,000.
