Description: SUNY Upstate Medical University has the need to lease space for approximately 75-100 parking spaces preferably within walking distance or less than a quarter (1/4) mile to the Upstate Cancer Center at Verona, 5584 East Main St., Verona, NY. Site must be available by Third Quarter of 2025 . Proposals must be for at least 75 spaces or more, and ready for use, to be submitted. The site must be available 12 months of the year, Monday through Saturday, hours to be determined. The site must be: surfaced with stripping, and have lighting. Site/surface maintenance, inclusive of snow removal shall be supplied by the landlord. Multiple contracts (leases) may be the result to fulfill the required 75-100 spaces. Preference will be given to sites close to the Upstate Cancer Center at Verona, or have the ability to include a shuttle bus, less than 3 miles away.
