PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Separate sealed bids are requested for the renovation of the existing attached garage of an 1,150 sf proposed addition to the existing Victorian-era house at 6120 Main St, Tannersville, NY 12485. Site improvements and kitchen equipment are optional add-alts.

Sealed bids will be received by Holly Velez the offices of the Hunter Foundation at 5994 Route 23A (Main Street) Tannersville, NY 12485 until 5 PM on April 9th, 2025, and then at said office will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Contract Documents may be accessed at the following location:

Physical copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of the Hunter Foundation at the address listed above upon payment of $150.00.

Questions and Requests for Information (RFIs) from bidders must be sent via the email FromerMarketGardens2025@gmail.com by Monday March 24th at 9 A.M. in order to be answered by 5 pm March 31st, 2025.

Selected questions may be addressed over a Zoom presentation (see info below). Answers to questions will be sent as an update via the NYS Contract Reporter. Efforts will be made to answer questions received after March 24th 2025, but that is not guaranteed.

Non-mandatory pre-bidding conferences will be held on Monday March 24th, 2025 (remote) and Monday March 31st, 2025 (on site), to answer bidders’ questions regarding the Contract Documents.

A Zoom teleconference will be held at 11 A.M. on March 24th, 2025. Bidders may attend the pre-bid meeting by using the link and following the instructions:
